Privacy Policy
vaultix is a local-first cellar recordkeeping app. Wine items, tasting notes, inventory records, price notes, profile data, credit balance, and transaction history are stored on your device.
No AI or cloud storage
vaultix does not use AI analysis, backend accounts, Firebase, Supabase, custom cloud sync, chat, social feeds, or public profiles.
Permissions
Camera and photo library access are used only when you choose to prepare bottle, label, opening, or tasting image records. Microphone access is used only when you choose to prepare local tasting voice notes. Push notifications are used only for expiring-bottle, low-stock, and ledger reminder alerts. Tracking permission is requested only to measure app promotion and purchase conversion performance, and vaultix does not publicly expose your cellar, tasting, price, or inventory data.
Payments
Consumable credit purchases are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. vaultix stores local fulfillment records so credits are not granted twice for the same transaction.
Data deletion
You can delete your local account in the app. This removes local profile, cellar records, tasting records, inventory records, credits ledger, transaction history, exports, and settings from this device.
